RV Refrigerator Usage Tips

When You Use It for the First Time: Upon receiving the refrigerator, please leave it upside down for 8 hours, and then keep it upright for another 8 hours before plugging it in. It may take around 6-8 hours for it to cool at the first use, as it is less efficient than a compressor refrigerator. Please set the temperature to the lowest setting and plug it into a 110V power source. After 6-8 hours, check if the inside is cold and the back is heated. The same process applies to using it with a 12V power source. Do not use both power supplies simultaneously. When using the DC 12V power source, it is recommended to use the refrigerator on a car cigarette lighter. If one voltage is not working, please inform us, and we will assist you immediately.

Installation Interval: To ensure proper circulation, keep the unit at least 400mm away from the rear wall and possible side walls. The clearance above the refrigerator should be at least 300mm.

Ventilation during Gas Usage: Please ensure proper ventilation when using gas. We have a vent kit available in our store. Never install gas appliances in unventilated areas.

Super Quiet Operation: Although the refrigerator operates silently, it is still functioning even if there are no sounds.

Cooling Time: In an empty state, it takes 6-8 hours to cool from 90℉ to 32-50℉ when using electricity. If the refrigerator is full of cold food, it will take 2-4 hours. It is more efficient on propane and cools faster.

Proper Placement: Adjust the foot of the refrigerator to ensure that the top or bottom surface is horizontal when being used. If the slant angle exceeds 5°, the cooling unit may be blocked and stop cooling.

Troubleshooting: In the event of heater failure, please replace the heater. If the cooling unit is blocked, shake it back and forth or leave it upside down for 8 hours, and then keep it upright for another 8 hours.
