Upon receiving the product, please ensure it is placed horizontally for 6 hours before being plugged in. It takes approximately 6-8 hours for the refrigerator to reach cold temperatures during initial use. When using electricity, set the temperature to the lowest level, and after 6-8 hours, check if it is cold inside and heated on the back. Similarly, for the 12V power supply, do not use 2 power supplies simultaneously and avoid using house or solar batteries with the DC 12V supply. If one voltage is not working, please contact support for immediate assistance.

For gas use, always ensure ventilation and never install the appliance in an unventilated area. This absorption refrigerator operates silently, so lack of sound does not indicate malfunction. It requires 6-8 hours to cool from 90°F to 32-50°F when empty and takes 2-4 hours when filled with cold food. Adjust the feet to keep the refrigerator surface horizontal when in use, as a slant angle of more than 5° may block the cooling unit.

In case of heater failure or cooling unit blockage, try troubleshooting using the provided instructions. Please note that the gas function only operates with propane, and it is essential to use the correct gas and pressure regulator.
